Concluding a contract:
To book a property, a booking contract is concluded at a price of 2,000 euros. After the payment, we will book the property for you for two weeks.
10% of the sales price is paid upon concluding a notarially binding contract.
The remaining amount is paid upon concluding a notarised real right contract not later than within 1 month after the conclusion of a real right contract.

The buildings may be located in the completed AP-5a and AP-5b areas specified in the drawings.
The buildings must have simple and clear facade surfaces, using light plaster, wood, glass, and horizontal building blocks.
